Passport Photo Agreement

The Photographer will follow the rules provided by the Client or the appropriate passport issuing authority. Acceptance of the photographs are not guaranteed.

If the photographs are rejected by the passport issuing authority, the Photographer will either re-take and/or re-format the photographs, or refund any payments made, but claims no liability beyond that refund.
