1. I, “The Model”, permit “The Photographer” and “The Organizations” named in this contract, to copyright and use the video and/or photographs of me and my property for any purpose in any form.
2. The Photographer and The Organizations will not sell or license the images to any person or entity.
3. I can use photograph(s) provided by The Photographer for personal use as part of a personal portfolio, social media and personal printing.
4. I will not re-process, edit, alter or apply filters to any of the photographs.
5. I agree I have no rights to sell, license or publish any photographs to any person or entity.
6. I release, discharge and save harmless The Photographer and The Organizations from any liability that may occur in the taking or publication of the photograph(s).
7. I declare that I am over 18 years old. If I am under 18 years of age I must provide evidence of consent by a parent or guardian to this release.
