MODEL RELEASE

  1. I, “the Model”, permit “The Photographer” and “The Organization” named in this contract, to copyright and use the video and/or photographs of me and my property for any purpose in any form.

  2. I can use photograph(s) provided by The Photographer for personal use as part of a personal portfolio, social media and personal printing.

  3. I will not re-process, edit, alter or apply filters to any of the photographs.

  4. I agree I have no rights to sell, license or publish any photographs to any person or entity.

  5. I release, discharge and save harmless The Photographer and The Organization from any liability that may occur in the taking or publication of the photograph(s).

  6. If The Photographer is using a drone, I agree to act as a “visual observer” (to maintain awareness of the drone’s position and scan for hazards).

  7. I declare that I am over 18 years old. If I am under 18 years of age I must provide evidence of consent by a parent or guardian to this release.
